Lisboa Metro

The Lisbon subway system is cheap to use, clean, safe and punctual.

Visitors travelling throughout Lisbon during the course of the day (or night) will likely find the subway the most useful means of transportation.

There are 4 lines -
Linha Azul (Blue Line)
Linha Amarela (Yellow Line)
Linha Verda (Green Line)

An extension to the airport is currently in development.

Virtually all of central Lisbon is contained within Zone 1.

The suburbs of the capital fall into Zone 2.
